How To Get Rid Of Inner Thigh Fat

You can build muscle or you can burn fat. Those are the only two things that ever change the way your body looks. If you want a better body you must build muscle and reduce body fat.

Lie #3 - Thigh Machines Will Get Rid of Inner Thigh Fat

Think about how thos exercise gadgets work and then think about the work your legs actually do all day. The only time you actually move your legs in and out in an adduction move is when you get in and out of the car. Besides, the inner thigh adductor is only 1 of 5 muscles that shoulc be worked. If you work that one muscle a lot, it's going to make the muscle noticably BIGGER, which is NOT what most women want.
