How To Get Rid of Cellulite - Exercise To Get Rid of Cellulite


I keep geting question about exercises that help get rid of cellulite, so I'll take a moment to answer that question today. Exercise in and of itself will NOT get rid of cellulite. Exercise burns excess calories, tones and strengthens the muscles.

The ONLY thing that will get rid of cellulite is a reduction in the total amount of body fat.

For that to happen, you MUST COMBINE diet and exercise to be effective long term.

There are some exercises that are very effective at toning certain body parts such as the butt and thighs. Le me share with you an exercise that is super effective at toning the thighs and butt.

Lunges: See the picture above. This is one of the most effective toning and strengthening exercises you can do for cellulite on your butt and thighs.

However, you can have the most toned butt of any person alive and if it's covered with excess body fat it will still wobbly like jello. No one will ever see those sexy muscles.

If you're serious about getting rid of cllulite, then you need both a good diet plan as well as an effective exercise program.
