The words toning, tightening, firming and sculpting are all marketing ploys to get you to buy useless gadgets. These types of exercises DO NOT get rid of inner thigh fat.

You can build muscle or you can burn fat. Those are the only two things that ever change the way your body looks. If you want a better body you must build muscle and reduce body fat.

Lie #3 - Thigh Machines Will Get Rid of Inner Thigh Fat

Think about how thos exercise gadgets work and then think about the work your legs actually do all day. The only time you actually move your legs in and out in an adduction move is when you get in and out of the car. Besides, the inner thigh adductor is only 1 of 5 muscles that shoulc be worked. If you work that one muscle a lot, it's going to make the muscle noticably BIGGER, which is NOT what most women want.

Now that you know what doesn't work, you still need to know how to get rid of inner thigh fat.

The very best exercises for getting rid of inner thigh fat are the hip flexion and the hip extension. This work all 5 of the inner thigh muscles at the same time giving you a well rounded workout for that area. But all the exercises in the world won't help if you carry too much body fat overall. Food Cravings- The Hidden Causes Revealed

Oh, those food cravings. We have all had them. The usual response is to eat 'what the body wants'. A common misconception is that the body is craving what it lacks.

Well, that may be true if you already eat a totally healthy and balanced diet. In that case if you crave an orange, you probably need the Vitamin C. But, this is not the scenario for most of the food cravings.

Our diets have become made up of foods that are quick and easy. And in many cases already prepared, as in processed food.

Many women diet and exercise religiously and still they wonder, "Why can't I get rid of cellulite"? If you can relate to this, then I have some good news and bad news for you. I'm often asked, "Can drinking water get rid of cellulite?" The answer is both yes and no. By itself no, drinking more water can't get rid of cellulite if you are relying on that alone. However, in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise, water can go a long way in helping to get rid of cellulite.

Water helps flush the body's system and it also helps to carry away waste products and toxins from all the cells. Water is vital to your overall health and is very effective in aiding weight loss as well as cellulite reduction.

How much water should you drink each day to aid in getting rid of cellulite? The bare minimum is 2 liters or 2 quarts. If you exercise vigorously on a daily basis, and you should, you could require up to a 4 liters or one gallon of water per day.

The picture above is, in my opinion, the very best exercise to get rid of cellulite and I'll explain why I believe this to be a fact.

While it's very true that you can achieve up to 80% of your cellulite reduction goals by altering your diet, you are still left with the other 20% to deal with. About 5-10% of what is left is due to genetics and you can't do anything about that. The other 10-15% can be handled through exercise and the type of exercise you choose to do will determine how effective you will be.

Rebounding To Get Rid Of Cellulite


For getting rid of cellulite, I recommend rebounding. I believe that rebounding is the best exercise to get rid of cellulite because it stimulates the lymphatic system and the circulation in the entire body at a cellular level. Jumping on a rebounder, or mini-trampoline, just five minutes a day is a great way to get your lymph system pumping. Research has led some scientists to conclude that jumping on a mini-trampoline is possibly the most effective exercise yet devised by man, especially because of the effect rebounding has on the lymph system in the body.

Without adequate exercise, the body's cells are left stewing in their own waste products and starving for nutrients, a situation which contributes to cellulite, arthritis, cancer and other degenerative diseases as well as accelerating the aging process. Vigorous exercise such as rebounding is reported to dramatically increase lymph flow.

Most people with cellulite have decreased function of the lymphatic system. Toxins and lymph fluid accumulate in the pockets of fat. Improving the circulation of lymph system with rebounding exercise in areas prone to cellulite and reducing toxic burden via improved diet are the two most successful ways to get rid of cellulite from the inside out.

Start with just 5 minutes a day and increase slowly until you ar rebounding for 30-40 minutes per day. You'll be shocked at the cellulite reduction you will see in just a few short weeks.

Diet pills, power bars and protein powders are what the diet and fitness industry would have you believe are the best ways to get rid of cellulite. Unfortunately, these dollar hungry merchants are, at best, only giving you half of the truth. While certain energy bars and protein powders are good supplements, that's really all they are. Supplements are meant to add certain essential macro-nutrients to your diet, but they are not meant to be replacements for the essential minerals and enzymes found in whole, raw foods. Diet pills, on the other hand, do nothing but wear your body out by placing unnatural demands on its metabolic processes.

Make a point to eat more salads. Snack on fresh veggies with hummus or your choice of low fat or fat free dip.
