Get Rid of Cellulite Naturally by Eating Raw


Diet pills, power bars and protein powders are what the diet and fitness industry would have you believe are the best ways to get rid of cellulite. Unfortunately, these dollar hungry merchants are, at best, only giving you half of the truth. While certain energy bars and protein powders are good supplements, that's really all they are. Supplements are meant to add certain essential macro-nutrients to your diet, but they are not meant to be replacements for the essential minerals and enzymes found in whole, raw foods. Diet pills, on the other hand, do nothing but wear your body out by placing unnatural demands on its metabolic processes.

If you want to get rid of cellulite naturally, then consider eating raw. It's not necessary to go to the extreme of eating 100% of your food raw. You don't have to toss out your stove or buy a bunch of specialized equipment. You also won't be preparing strange looking foods that will have your family giving you the evil eye and making a run for the nearest pizza joint. I'm talking about simply replacing more of your cooked foods with raw food. Let me give you a good example.

Breakfast is the perfect opportunity to add extra raw foods to your diet. Take half a cup of plain, non-fat yogurt, mix in one scoop of your favorite flavor of instantized whey protein and you've just made a tasty, high protein dip for your choice of fresh fruit. Get creative with this and add spices such as cinnamon or a few drops of maple extract. Have fun coming up with flavors you and your family enjoy. This little trick isn't just good for breakfast, it also makes an awesome anytime snack.

If you don't eat dairy for whatever reason, then have a handful of raw nuts to balance out the raw fruit. Nuts add both protein and essential fatty acids to your diet. I really don't recommend roasted or salted nuts if you're trying to get rid of cellulite because the roasting process destroys some of the most beneficial minerals and enzymes and too much salt will slow your loss of cellulite considerably.

Make a point to eat more salads. Snack on fresh veggies with hummus or your choice of low fat or fat free dip. Once you make a point of including more raw food in your diet, you will begin to see the opportunities that exist. It's not necessary to become a 100% raw foodie in order to enjoy the benefits of eating more raw food,but you can get rid of cellulite naturally by eating raw food. Try it today.
