1. Stop eating foods with MSG. Read the label on food you buy and when you eat out, ask that this not be added to your food.

2. Don't buy foods or drinks with HFCS. Read the labels on your kid's favorite drinks.

4. Stay away from hydrogenated oils. Cook with olive oil or organic, unrefined coconut oil instead.

6. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Ideally, organic so you don't get the pesticides.
