Is It Possible To Get Rid Of Cellulite If It's Already There? The answer to that question is a resounding "YES!" You can get rid of cellulite, even if you have a lot of it! But you have to be willing to do what is necessary...that's usually the problem.
We're all creatures of habit...we don't like to change. In the case of cellulite, most often, it's our poor dietary habits that have caused the cellulite problem to begin with, so in order to get rid of cellulite, we have to be willing to exchange some of those not-so-great habits with new and better habits.
Take the first step to get rid of cellulite by doing these three things.
1. Drink More Water
You should drink 2 liters of pure, filtered water each day. Drink 3 liters or more if you exercise or live in a warm climate.
2. Avoid Alcohol
Alcohol significantly reduces the liver's ability to metabolize fat. If you're trying to get rid of cellulite, it's best to avoid drinking alcoholic beverages completely.
3. Eat More Raw Fruits and Vegetables
You've heard this one a million times, and you may think it's boring, but it's still very true. Fresh, raw fruits and veggies have incredible fat burning, cellulite dissolving power.
They're full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that the body can put to use to "wash" out trapped fat and toxins that cause cellulite formation.
You can start getting rid of cellulite with these three tips, but if you want to learn how to get rid of cellulite permanently so that it never comes back again, then click the link that will take you to the diet that shows you how to get rid of cellulite once and for all!

Causes of Cellulite - Does Wheat Cause Cellulite?
Is there a connection between food allergies and cellulite? Allergy experts have confirmed that undetected food allergies are one of the causes of cellulite and weight gain.
One good clue might be whether you crave a particular food that you eat frequently. Once a food allergy exists, the food becomes mildly addictive and you can feel compelled to eat it. If you are allergic to a food, your body can react by storing it instead of using it for energy. If you eat a lot of foods to which you are allergic, weight gain and cellulite will be the result.
The phenomenon of simultaneous allergy and addictions to both foods and chemicals is now well accepted by doctors specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of allergies. These specialists, known as clinical ecologists, believe that many chronic health problems, such as migraine, fatigue, depression, arthritis, and weight gain with cellulite are caused by allergies to foods and chemicals and affect approximately one-third of the population living in industrial countries.
Water retention, or edema, is especially common among allergic individuals and is an important contributing factor to obesity. The removal of an offending food will often result in a rapid water loss of 5-10 pounds within a week, all without the use of a diuretic.
There are many people who are addicted to all sorts of of foods. The ones who are addicted to coffee do not necessarily get fat. If they are addicted to sugar or wheat, they may end up running around with candies or wheat crackers in their pockets to satisfy the craving. What's most important is that it's extremely difficult for these allergic individuals to lose weight unless they gain control of their food allergies. They must identify the particular allergens, break the craving and then eliminate the chemical or food.
So on to the question for today: Does Wheat Cause Cellulite?
Allergies and sensitivities to certain foods can create a dysfunctional metabolism and can cause cellulite and weight gain.
The foods most likely to cause allergies are wheat, corn, soy, dairy, eggs, shellfish, and nuts.
Frequently these sensitivities crop up in adulthood and manifest themselves in easily overlooked ways, for example, stomach and intestinal upset, headaches, insomnia, lethargy, joint aches, and rashes and cellulite and/or weight gain.
Functional food and chemical allergies have been largely ignored by most doctors. One reason for this is that there has been no miracle drug that can be heavily promoted by the drug companies, so the doctors would not be encouraged to diagnose the disease and then treat it.
If you suspect you have a food sensitivity that is one of the causes of cellulite and weight gain, here's what you can do.
Eliminate the potential food allergen for two weeks, then reintroduce them for a day and test for reactions. If reactions do occur stay away from the offending food for at least four months and then cautiously reintroducing it.

Getting Rid of Cellulite Naturally
Getting rid of cellulite naturally is simple, but not easy!
It's simple because the two main components are diet and exercise. A clean diet and regular exercise can make a world of difference in how much cellulite you carry around on your thighs and butt. There's no magic suit or miracle pill, just simple good habits. That's all it boils down to in the end
Unfortunately it's not easy, the temptation to eat junk food and slack off on exercise attacks us from every area in life on a daily basis. This makes sticking to a diet and exercise program rather dificult.
So what's the key to getting rid of cellulite naturally? Consistency!
What you choose to do on a daily basis will make the biggest difference in the long run.
If you choose to eat doughnuts and have cream & sugar in your coffee every day, your figure will suffer because of those choices. That doesn't mean you can NEVER have another doughnut, but it does mean that 95 mornings out of 100 you should be eating something healthy.
Try an egg white omlet and some fresh fruit or a bowl of oatmeal. Put a tiny bit of fat free creamer and splenda in your coffee instead of large amounts of cream and sugar. Make that your morning habit and the reserve the doughnuts for a rare treat.
Remember that cleaning up your diet and beginning an exercise program are easy, but making it a habit is what getting rid of cellulite naturally is all about!

Effective Cellulite Treatments Begin With This...
Effective cellulite treatments should all begin with good nutrition!
Does that surprise you? Well it shouldn't. Think about this...
Bodybuilders and fitness models are some of the most muscular and cellulite free individuals you will ever see. Even if you don't aspire to be that muscular you can still steal their best secret for getting a cellulite free body.
What are they absolutely fanatical about?
Nutrition! This is even more important to them than weight lifitng. They count every calorie, measure and weigh their food (especially if they are getting ready to compete). They are constantly fiddling with their diet in order to get it just right for their particular metabolic type.
Why do they do this?
Because they know the secret to getting and maintaining a cellulite free and/or muscular figure is good nutrition.
When attempting to lose weight, get rid of cellulite, or add muscle your diet (what goes in your mouth every time you site down to eat) is 80% responsible for the results you see...or don't see.
Here's the breakdown...
Nutrition - 80%
Exercise - 10%
Genetics - 10% (Although you can't change this, you can use the other 90% to make the most of what you have.)
This means if you want to get rid of cellulite, the first thing you should concentrate on is cleaning up your diet. But this can be easier said than done because counting calories and getting the right protein/carb/fat ratio for your own body type can be tricky.
Most diets don't allow you to get that specific without a lot of complicated calculations. This is where a good meal planning software program can come in handy. You can feed the program your stats such as age, weight, height, gender, and even body fat percentage. Choose the foods you enjoy and hit calculate!
The program will then return a week's worth of cellulite removing meals based on your individual body type. You can change your meals each week based on the results you get. This way it's easy to keep yourself on track.

How Do You Get Rid of Cellulite?
Cellulite is really only a glammed up word for fat. It is specifically excess fat that expands and pushes against the connective tissue of your skin. This is what creates the infamous dimpled "cottage cheese" appearance. Cellulite is the result of excess body fat that, in women, tends to collect in hormone targeted areas such as the butt, thighs, hips and stomach. Because women have a higher body fat percentage than men, cellulite is more noticeable.
How Do You Get Rid of Cellulite?
Because of the way it's structured, cellulite can be much harder to eliminate than other forms of fat (see the picture above). Even supermodels have cellulite - it's just harder to see through all that computerized airbrushing.
You can get rid of cellulite by adopting a healthier style of eating. Replace processed junk foods with fresh fruit and vegetables and whole grains. Limit your total fat consumption. Eat only "healthy" fats such as raw nuts, avocados and extra virgin coconut oil or olive oil. Limit your daily caloric intake to a healthy amount for your size and lifestyle. The average woman will need 1200-1600 calories per day depending on her height, weight and activity level. Take a multi-vitamin, and drink a minimum of 2 liters of water every day.
Exercise is Important!
While a change in diet will get you about 70-80% of the way to your goals, don't discount the value of exercise in helping to get rid of cellulite. The best option is a combination of strength training and cardio.
If you're forced to choose between strength training and cardio because you're pressed for time, ALWAYS opt for strength training! Muscle is more metabolically active and burns more calories even when you're just sitting around.

Foods That Get Rid of Cellulite
If you're trying to get rid of cellulite, one of the first questions you should ask is, "What foods should I eat to get rid of cellulite?"
It's true, some foods are just better than others at helping the body dislodge the fat and cellulite that accumulates on you hips, buttocks and thighs. Here is a short list of power foods that get rid of cellulite.
These vegetables and fruits should be on the top of your list to eat every day. The best option is to eat them raw, juiced or as a smoothie
Carrots
Spinach
Curly Leaf Parsley
Cucumber
Celery
Watercress
Lemon
Grapefruit
Pineapple
Grape
Beet
Cantaloupe
Watermelon
I don't recommend that you try to eat every single thing on the list every day, but eat 3-5 on a daily basis rotating them for variety.
Here is an easy recipe to get you on your way. It not only helps get rid of cellulite, but is an excellent combination for removing PMS water retention.
Use a juicer and juice the following in this order:
5-10 sprigs of Parsley (Begin with the smaller amount as the juice is strong)
Small handfull of watercress
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1 lemon
To the combination above, juice either grapes or pinapple until the mixture tastes sweet enough for you to drink. DO NOT ADD SUGAR .
If you have a smoothie makeryou can use the same recipe with even greater benefit as you will be keeping the fiber from all the vegetables and fruit.

Get Rid of Cellulite From The Inside
The most effective cellulite treatment is to get rid of cellulite from the inside out. Although this may seem like an extremely difficult task, it really quite easy if you know what to do.
The only real problem that exists with this cellulite treatment is that it does require discipline and consistency. The more stricly you can adhere to the program, the faster you will see visable results. To give you a rough idea of what is required, here are 3 of the most important dietary changes you must make.
1. Remove white flour products, white rice, white sugar and full fat dairy from your diet.
2. Incorporate a minimum of 9 servings of vegetables and fruits into your meals each day.
3. Cook with only organic extra virgin coconut oil or olive oil. Toss everything else out.
As you can see, the changes are not difficult, but could require some major or minor adjustments to your diet depending on how healthy your eating habits are to begin with.

Best Exercise To Get Rid Of Cellulite
The picture above is, in my opinion, the very best exercise to get rid of cellulite and I'll explain why I believe this to be a fact.
While it's very true that you can achieve up to 80% of your cellulite reduction goals by altering your diet, you are still left with the other 20% to deal with. About 5-10% of what is left is due to genetics and you can't do anything about that. The other 10-15% can be handled through exercise and the type of exercise you choose to do will determine how effective you will be.
Rebounding To Get Rid Of Cellulite
For getting rid of cellulite, I recommend rebounding. I believe that rebounding is the best exercise to get rid of cellulite because it stimulates the lymphatic system and the circulation in the entire body at a cellular level. Jumping on a rebounder, or mini-trampoline, just five minutes a day is a great way to get your lymph system pumping. Research has led some scientists to conclude that jumping on a mini-trampoline is possibly the most effective exercise yet devised by man, especially because of the effect rebounding has on the lymph system in the body.
Without adequate exercise, the body's cells are left stewing in their own waste products and starving for nutrients, a situation which contributes to cellulite, arthritis, cancer and other degenerative diseases as well as accelerating the aging process. Vigorous exercise such as rebounding is reported to dramatically increase lymph flow.
Most people with cellulite have decreased function of the lymphatic system. Toxins and lymph fluid accumulate in the pockets of fat. Improving the circulation of lymph system with rebounding exercise in areas prone to cellulite and reducing toxic burden via improved diet are the two most successful ways to get rid of cellulite from the inside out.
Start with just 5 minutes a day and increase slowly until you ar rebounding for 30-40 minutes per day. You'll be shocked at the cellulite reduction you will see in just a few short weeks.
